PROTOCOL OF ACTION POST-COVID 19 VALLE DEL ESTE

The guidelines and procedures established in this guide seek to minimize the risk of contagion of COVID-19 by guests and workers at Hotel Valle del Este, following the basic principles of:
- Social distancing in order to minimize direct contagion between people.
- Provide all the devices and means that promote frequent and adequate hand washing .

The guidelines and procedures established in this guide seek to minimize the risk of contagion of COVID-19 by guests and workers at Hotel Valle del Este, following the basic principles of:
- Social distancing in order to minimize direct contagion between people.
- Provide all the devices and means that promote frequent and adequate hand washing .
- Elimination or reduction of objects or surfaces shared between people and that could be vehicles for the transmission of the SARS-CoV-02 virus.
- Intensification of cleaning and disinfection of surfaces susceptible to being contaminated.
Safe space and social distance
- Limitation of exterior and interior capacity (elevators, common areas, reception hall, swimming pool, restaurant, terrace, cafeteria, spa and gym) according to the protocol established by the health authorities at all times.
- Safety distance marked with 1.5 m. from separation.
- Sanitizing devices : hydroalcoholic gel dispensers installed at the entrances to the establishment.
- Separating screens at customer service points (reception).
- Posters with preventive measures and guidelines to follow .
- Information to the client of the rules of coexistence and use of the facilities prior to arrival .
Customer Support
- As far as possible, it will be online or by telephone .
- If the attention is face-to-face, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters will be maintained . If you cannot keep your distance, a mask will be used.
- Payment by card or other electronic means will be promoted, preferably contactless .
- All shared objects will be deleted as possible , especially textiles. Those that are shared will be disinfected after use.
- The POS will be disinfected after each use .
- The keys will be disinfected with disinfectant wipes after each use.
- The allocation of rooms will be carried out guaranteeing the required hygienic disinfection measures .

- We will expand the hours to offer more time slots .
- We will increase our cleaning and disinfection protocol in the room with all the stipulated sanitary measures (single-use utensils, single-use placemats, etc.).
