12. Taxes and currency

In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices indicated for each service include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case they will be expressed in Euro (€) currency. The reservation process is easy and simple:

1- Selection of dates, number of people. The system will indicate a list of accommodations with availability, with the rooms or packages available, being able to see the price applied by the establishments on the selected dates.
2‐ The total price of the stay and the deposit that will be charged to the credit card is shown, if there is one because the establishment so requests. Personal information, a contact telephone number, approximate arrival time, and if there are any special requests are requested. The selection made is confirmed and the conditions are accepted.
3- It is the secure page where the credit card details are entered. The number and type of card, expiration date, and last 3 digits of the security code, located on the part of the magnetic strip, are required.
4- The final page shows the confirmation with the reservation code. This page is also sent by email, to the email address that has been indicated, hence the importance that this address is correct. Provisions to take into account in the purchase process

15. Product availability

The reservation of the rooms offered is subject to availability. If there are no rooms available, the user will not be able to reserve the desired room for the indicated dates.

16. Types of products

The website has a wide variety of room reservations and additional services.

17. Maximum reservation amount

There is a maximum request of five rooms per reservation.

18. How to cancel my reservation

To cancel a reservation after making it, it may be canceled with the right to a full refund as long as the following condition is met:

- The client can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel. If the cancellation is later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the client must pay the total amount of the first night, not applicable in the case of non-refundable rates which are subject to 100% of expenses.

For packages, offers and special promotions, consult what is specified in each case. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the reference number of your reservation. The email also contains information on how to cancel your reservation online. Your deposit and reservation fees, once paid, are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 19. Invoice

Where can I check my invoice? The invoice will be sent to the client by email, if he has not previously requested it, it will be delivered at reception on the day of departure.

20. Value added tax

In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

21. Methods or Modalities of payment

A) By credit / debit card, for which it will facilitate, among others:

(ii) card number;
(iii) CVV / CVC;
(iv) expiration date of the card;

The full amount of your reservation must be paid on arrival at the hotel, except for the payment of non-refundable rates, which will be paid at the time of booking through the hotel's Virtual TPV.

22. General provisions on the Payment Process

- The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as the particular conditions of the order.
- For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the financial institutions involved or by the secure payment platforms (eg Visa, Mastercad, etc.).
- Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive an informative and confirmation email that certifies the essential conditions of the operation: o Contracted services, and a description of the provision thereof.
o Products sent to the address indicated by the User: The confirmation email will contain the invoice for the product with which the User may, upon receipt of the order, request the guarantee from the corresponding merchant.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of signs of fraudulent operations, informing the competent authorities of the behaviors that are susceptible to investigation for the prevention of fraud.

23. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of Withdrawal

According to the regulatory regulations, the right of withdrawal from the service contracted to HOTEL VALLE DEL ESTE, S.L.U. is reflected in section 18.

27. Rights of the Provider

● Keep, modify or suspend your website without prior notice.
● Modify the price of the offers.
● Reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment of the customer.
● Refuse access to IT tools to clients in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.
● Receive the amount of the customer's purchases, once the transaction is accepted.
● Reserve the domain and retain full ownership of the article until full payment by the customer.
● Not to reproduce, sell or dispose of the information published by the Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
● Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.

28. Limitation of liability

All the information provided by the User to the Provider and through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the data provided to the Provider, duly updated. In any case, the Provider is exempt from any responsibility for damages or losses caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.

Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.

The Provider will not be responsible in those cases in which it corresponds to the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the underage or disabled Users, authorize access, supply of personal information or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform.
